Miami Beach August 21, 2004 -- La Dea Supperclub has announced a star-studded array of opening parties to celebrate the MTV Video Music Awards. -Mase will celebrate his album release with a private affair on Thursday evening August 26th. He is returning to the music scene after 5 years off as a pastor. The album, "Welcome Back" hits stores on August 24th.

-Lil' Jon, nominated for his hit "Yeah", will host a wild soiree on Friday night. The Theme is "Linen"....

-Outkast celebrates their 5 VMA nods with a pool party on Saturday afternoon August 28th. That evening, Outkast partner Big Boi will host a private, intimate dinner party.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL EVENTS ARE CLOSED TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND ARE BY INVITATION ONLY. Carol Bell and Marysol Patton of The Patton Group will be handling the production of these events.

La Dea, in the Bentley Hotel at Fifth Street and Ocean Drive, was originally scheduled to open last season. Based on the indulgence that was Ancient Rome, the supperclub will provide a forum for great meals, good music, and scintillating conversation in an environment that exudes sexual energy. Designed by of-the-moment NYC interiors connoisseur Robert McKinley, La Dea will feature awe-inspiring details that will be the center of many next-day conversations. Hot off the design of New York City's private club PM, in the meatpacking district, as well as Table50 and Cornershop in NoHo, Robert has instilled the restaurant with a sensual vibe that will up the ante in Miami. One prominent feature is the inclusion of a life-size ceiling photomural depicting a renaissance-like mass of nudes. Shot by noted fashion photographer Jordan Doner, whose work has appeared in publications such as Visionaire, Wallpaper*, Surface, Vogue, and Harpers Bazaar, the ceiling will be THE most talked about feature this season.

Gary & Anthony Marotta are the Co-Founders of Carefree Lifestyle in Miami Beach. Carefree Lifestyle provides exotic cars, ocean-side mansions, and security to the thousands of cognescenti visiting Miami every year.

Nightlife impresario Madison has been involved in the nightlife scenes of New York, Miami, and the Hamptons for many years. He is also a partner in 4 lounges in New York City. CODA, a live music lounge in midtown, has been an overnight success and draws a crowd all week long. Chetty Red, located in the Flatiron District, opened one year ago and is already poised for an expansion that will include an indoor/outdoor rooftop. This past November saw the opening of Social Club in the bustling Park Avenue South corridor. In the past, Madison was also an investor in the celebrity heavy Wax, which had locations in New York's SoHo and in Miami Beach. His newest venture, DarkLight, opens in New York City this fall.
